Description

Chenopodium Quinoa Seed Extract (Chenopodium quinoa Willd.) Chenopodium quinoa, also known as quinoa, is a plant belonging to the Chenopodiaceae family and Chenopodium genus. Quinoa originated in the Andes Mountains of South America and has a cultivation and consumption history of 5,000–7,000 years. It flourished during the Inca civilization, one of the three major ancient civilizations of the Americas, where it was known as the “Mother of Grains.” Quinoa is recognized by international nutrition experts as an ancient “nutritional gold,” “super grain,” and “food of the future.” In the 1980s, NASA selected quinoa as a “space food.” The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) recognized quinoa as a unique plant-based food capable of meeting basic human nutritional needs and officially recommended it as an ideal “complete nutritional food.” The year 2013 was designated as the “International Year of Quinoa.”

Dendrobium Nobile Extract (Dendrobium nobile Lindl.) Dendrobium nobile, also known as Golden Hairpin Dendrobium and Flat Golden Hairpin, is a perennial epiphytic herbaceous plant belonging to the Orchidaceae family and Dendrobium genus. It is named after its resemblance to the traditional golden hairpin ornaments worn by ancient women. According to Compendium of Materia Medica, Dendrobium nobile is traditionally valued for its nourishing and conditioning properties. It has been highly regarded in various traditional herbal texts, including Ben Cao Yan Yi, Ben Cao Gang Mu Shi Yi, and Ben Cao Cong Xin, and is known as the “Herb Worth a Thousand Pieces of Gold.” With its unique flower shape and vibrant colors, it also has high ornamental value. It is listed among China’s rare and endangered traditional herbal species.

Macrocystis Pyrifera Extract (Macrocystis pyrifera (L.) Ag.) Macrocystis pyrifera is a brown algae species belonging to the Laminariales order and Lessoniaceae family. Mature giant kelp typically reaches 70–80 meters in length, with the longest specimens reaching up to 500 meters, which gives it the name “giant kelp.” It is mainly distributed along the Pacific coast of the Americas and grows in extreme marine environments, making it one of the fastest-growing plants in the world. Compendium of Materia Medica records the traditional use of giant kelp-related ingredients in areas such as supporting blood pressure balance and overall wellness. It is also traditionally associated with soothing stress, supporting anti-aging care, and promoting vitality.
