Soybean,commonly known as yellow soybean, is an annual herbaceous plant belonging to the Fabaceae family and Glycine genus. It is one of the most important legumes in the world, originating from China with a cultivation history of more than 5,000 years.

Among known protein sources, only egg protein, milk protein, and soy protein isolate are classified as “high-quality proteins” and “complete proteins.” Soy protein is one of the few plant proteins with a balanced amino acid composition and nutritional value comparable to animal proteins.

Meihujian® GM-PT Soybean Peptide is produced using soy protein isolate as the raw material and refined through multi-stage targeted enzymatic hydrolysis technology. Its average molecular weight is less than 800 Da. While retaining the nutritional value of soybean protein, it also provides the unique biological activity of small molecular peptides, making it more readily absorbed and utilized.
