银耳多糖分子中富含大量羟基、羧基等极性基团，可与水分子形成氢键，从而结合大量的水分。其分子间相互交织形成网状，与水分子中的氢结合，具有极强的锁水保湿性能，发挥高效保湿护肤功能。银耳多糖具有良好的吸水性能和极好的成膜性，赋予肌肤水润丝滑的感觉。
